How long is the sleep trial period?
We offer a 100-night risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sonno Bed after 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
What kind of base do I need for my mattress?
Sonno Beds are designed to work on any firm, flat surface including box springs, slatted frames, or adjustable bases. Ensure slats are no more than 3 inches apart for optimal support.
How is the mattress shipped?
Our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free within the continental United States.
Does the mattress have a warranty?
Yes, every Sonno Bed comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like sagging deeper than one inch.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Most of the expansion happens within the first hour, but we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully regain its shape and dissipate any 'new mattress' scent.
