Return Process

  Contact our sleep support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to start the process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large items like mattresses, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home at no cost to you.

  Prepare Small Items

  If returning pillows or sheets, simply print the prepaid shipping label we provide and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we confirm the pickup or receive your return at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
